Hope everyone is having great weekend ;-) I have my mum arriving today so i have decided to surprise her with a cake- my first true attempt of fruit cake;
It is vanilla sponge cake with strawberries mousse with cream covered with fruits... absolutely amazing!!!
I find baking and decorating very relaxing and pleasurable... ;-))))
